2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from JOVAHO and every distance agreement between JOVAHO and a buyer via jovaho.com. By purchasing, downloading, or using the product, the buyer agrees to these terms and the specific license conditions.

3. Offer and Products

JOVAHO sells digital products with Private Label Rights (PLR). The offer consists of digital files such as e-books, templates, and other digital content. All products are delivered as described. Obvious errors or pricing mistakes do not bind JOVAHO.

4. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, the buyer receives a license as specified in the "JOVAHO PLR License" document.

The buyer is allowed to:

• Sell the product and bundle it with other paid products.
• Use the product for personal and business purposes.
• Rewrite, edit, and modify content, graphics, and sales pages.
• Use their own brand or name.
• Use the product as a lead magnet (for email registration).
• Resell Personal Use, Resale, Master Resale, and Private Label Rights.

The buyer is strictly forbidden to:

• Give the product away for free without an exchange, such as lead capture.
• Offer the product as an open download.
• Add the product to free membership, PLR, or freebie platforms.

5. Delivery and Access

After successful payment, the buyer receives immediate access to the digital product.

JOVAHO is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect e-mail addresses or technical filters on the buyer's side.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros. Prices include or exclude VAT based on the buyer's location and legal requirements.

The agreement is finalized once the payment is successfully completed.

7. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

By placing an order for digital content, the buyer explicitly consents to immediate delivery.

The buyer acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal (right to a refund) once the download or access has started (Article 6:230p BW).

All sales of digital products are final.

8. Liability

JOVAHO is not liable for direct or indirect damage, loss of profit, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of the products.

The buyer remains solely responsible for how they implement, market, and resell the content.

9. Intellectual Property

This license does not transfer ownership of the source material. All original copyrights remain the property of JOVAHO.

10. Complaints and Disputes

For questions or complaints, contact info@jovaho.com. EU consumers may also submit disputes via the European ODR Platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.

Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Zeeland-West-Brabant, location Middelburg, The Netherlands.
